Webbackup in your current Phoscon webapp your configuration with your lights/scenes etc. (Can be done in Settins > Gateway > Backup options). To be sure you also backup the folder you have already in your File manager in DSM of Docker/Deconz. Then open docker in DSM 7 and just shutdown the container with deconz running now.
