Hey guys, I'm noticing a chatter and rattle type noise when I start off moving in 1st gear. Noise goes away after 2k rpm or so when going into 2nd. I noticed this usually only happens when the car is hot and I've been working the 1-2 shift a lot. If the clearance around the splines is too great, the prop shaft will jump around, thus giving you the "marbles in a can" syndrome. This problem was greatly reduced on the C6 Z06 with the LS7 clutch. Results in no fault codes for anything. They do have a spring clutch hub, not sure on flywheel hub.
