WebI had a ton of issues with bltouch+hemera on my s5. I think the magnetic field from the motor combined with he really long wires I had to use messes with the bltouch. Right now I am using shielded ethernet cable for the bltouch and a mount that holds the bltouch at the same X as the nozzle. Try unplugging the hemera stepper motor and doing ABL.
